Tonight we officially stopped giving Ansley her night-time bottle. Ansley was down to only getting an ounce at night, so we figured we might as well just stop. It went just like we had expected, she was not happy! But we think she was just really tired so that didn't make the situation any better. We did our normal night time ritual: bath, lotions, pj's, wrap in blanket, and instead of the bottle we tried to read to her, well she didn't want to have it so Rob just put her down. After about 5 minutes of crying off and on, she was out. So I think we can say, it didn't go too bad?
Just one week shy of Ansley turning 14 months old, we can now put away the bottles. YEAH!!!

How is Ansley doing without her night time bottle? I am sure after a couple of days she will forget all about it.
It has actually gone really good. She cries for a second. We do not read her a book, just wrap her up in her blanket and put her to bed. She is just so tired by the time we are done with her bath.
We actually thought about calling you guys, but we weren't there that long. We drove in Sat afternoon and got there in time for the shower and got up and went straight home on Sun. I wanted to get back because Maddie was sick and I felt bad leaving her. Nice area from what we saw. We will definately have to come back for a visit. I hope night time is going well for you guys. We are just getting adjusted to a routine since paci is gone. Have a great week.
